You can go there on trains from Delhi in almost 6 hours. You need 4 days to completely visit this wonderful natural landscape. After reaching there you need to do some paper work like filling forms and paying for accommodation. The park is open from 7am to 5pm.

How to shoot in Corbett national park
To capture the birds and animals in the wild need to understand and connect with them. You have to make them comfortable so that they feel right. Take an up to date camera with you and capture the pristine beauty of this magical park. What you need to do is
  • Get up before sunrise and start looking for your subject. Animals are up and out early in the morning. 
  • To capture birds you should visit Sitabani zone. You will find number of species. But don’t forget to shoot photo of the Great Indian Hornbill and the swift yellow throated marten 
  • If you want to have some nice action shots then slow down shutter speed and move the camera when animals or birds are walking running or flying. 
  • Take great care of the light. Never shoot with the sun over your shoulder. 
  • While shooting the landscape try vertical shots.it will add richness in your image by creating depth of field effect. 
  • Shoot at the time of dawn and dusk. This time has low light and it will give ambiance to your image. 
  • Try different perspective by changing angles and shifting positions.
  • While focusing on one subject, try black and white mages. Doing so will add mythical atmosphere to images. Also you will not be distracted by color. 
  • Use polarizing filter to increase the contrast. 
  • Don’t always stay near your car to take photos. Go ahead, hike out and take better pictures. 
  • To spot the elephants Ramganga River is the best place. 
  • Don’t forget to abide by the safety instruction given by park’s administrative authority.
